Solution
We revamped the First Street website with a sleek, modern design that aligned with their professional image. The front end was completely overhauled to be visually appealing and intuitive. For the client portal, we implemented features allowing clients to set their own passwords and download multiple documents at once, significantly improving user experience. A prominent status update message area was added to the homepage for urgent notices, along with a blog-style section for announcements and updates.
