Flowers Auckland had worked hard to design and build a checkout process that was simple and clean, while being tailored to their clients. They also had a site which was ranking well with Google, and gaining solid traffic. However, the site needed an upgrade to make it mobile friendly, especially with the new preference Google gives to mobile friendly sites.
The challenge was to build a new fast mobile friendly site, keep the custom checkout process, and go live without affecting web traffic.
We managed to get the site live and maintain the Google Ranking.
