Surveys like these are a great help for us. Moving forward we can see exactly what we need to keep doing, as well as what we aren’t doing so well, and what we can improve to make your experience with System 7 better.

- Most importantly ending up with exactly what you asked for – We are super proud of this. We often hear customers telling us they weren’t happy with their previous web developers as they didn’t end up with the results they wanted. To have delivered this to you is great!
The things you think we could do better:
- Communications and timing – You’ve told us you want us to update you more on progress and timeframes. We’re going to be looking into some automated and some human ways to give you the information you need, when you need it.
- Extending the testing process – you wanted to include more tests across more devices. We’re going to add another layer of testing so that your site works beautifully everywhere.
